Job Description
- Make phone calls to potential customers from all available business directories.
- Implementation of the sales policy as explained by the administration in the presentation of the company's products and services.
- Answer potential customer questions about the origin of products and sizes available.
- Follow up the list of bids and checks due after approval by the Director of the Department.
- Generate a list of contacts and daily follow-up and approval by the direct manager.
- Introduce new customer data and follow up existing customers on ERP
- Training and continuous self-development. In case of need, it is responsible for training another employee on the same tasks.
- Transferring serious technical complaints to customers directly to the Department for the necessary speed of taking.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with potential clients and team at all times
