Job Description
Purpose:
The corporate relations team leader is responsible for managing the corporate relations team (Sales specialist - Account Managers). He/She must follow up on corporates to make sure of their experience and following up on team’s targets.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure that corporate team is achieving the sales target.
- Making sure that account managers are providing the best care for current sealed deals.
- Following up on the team KPIs and find new deals.
- Help the team to provide the best experience to corporates.
- Reporting the number of deals sealed and leads approached.
- Define the best method of approach for each account.
