Job Description

  • Negotiate with customers.
  • Export Sales reports for discussion by the company's management.
  • Searching and finding customers abroad.
  • Ongoing work with suppliers, negotiating the price and terms of payment, closing agreement.
  • Work with international freight forwarders and customs brokerage.
  • Coordination with the production house at regular intervals for replenishment and follow-ups, Shipment planning as well as updating customers on regular intervals.
  • Responsible to open new Markets and achieve company goals. Supervision of fiscal domain, issuing invoices and orders.
  • Organize and supervise the activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the business export section activity is carried out in an efficient manner that is consistent with operating procedures and policy
  • relationships with customers.
  • Monitor shipping functions.
  • Follow up on delivery schedule.
  • Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of business export activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
  • Ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
  • Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Receive all the customers’ inquiries
  • Prepare all the quotations, Pro-Forma invoices for the customers
  • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards

Job Requirements

  • Very good Negotiation Skills
  • Fluent in English is a must, Extra language is preferred
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field
