Job Description
- Following up the implementation of laws, regulations, instructions, manuals, SOPs, and code of Ethics that all the company's departments must adhere to.
- Ensuring that the Company's sectors, departments, and employees comply with the instructions, policies, procedures, rules and general and internal instructions for all activities.
- Improve the image and reputation of the company.
- Identify each type of risk of non-compliance and identify weaknesses in the management of those risks and the entities responsible for them, as well as the weakness areas of ineffective control.
- Develop a system of monitoring the risks of non-compliance to make them revolve around acceptable risks so as not to expose the company to fines due to non-compliance.
- Develop the appropriate method for managing the risks of non-compliance and prepare periodic reports to assess compliance by all company's departments and at all levels.
Job Requirements
- Experience : ( 2-5 ) Years of compliance experience (corporate).
- Degree in Commerce.
- Grade: Good
- Good English language.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Computer skills are a plus.
- Maximum age 30 years.
- Answering the per-screening questions is inevitable.
