About the Job


  • Place orders with suppliers, follow up orders status in terms of availability, shipping and documentation.
  • Review all shipping methods and negotiate shipping charges.
  • Planning delivery timetables.
  • Ensuring stores have enough stock.
  • Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.
  • Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
  • Monitoring stock levels.
  • Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
  • Overseeing arrival of shipments
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Lives in New Cairo or Nearby ( Nasr City , Maadi, Mokattam,Rehab, Heliopolis...)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken the English language
  • Analytic skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizing and planning skills.
  • Very good computer skills.

Skills :

  • Showing proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrating experience reducing cost or improving efficiency in previous jobs
  • Possessing experience in customer-facing position
  • Having professional planning experience
