Job Description
- We seek a talented and dynamic person to join our global supply chain team, who can develop and manage our sourcing strategies, relations with a multitude of global suppliers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the relationship with the suppliers to resolve any conflicts that may arise during the business journey, lead the negotiation & ordering plans, ensuring all import transactions will meet the customs regulations & Egyptian Food Qualities & labeling standards.
- Purchasing orders management incl, placing orders, following up, reviewing all documentation, bank transfers and overall supplier section requirements.
- Following up with the shipping lines, tracking all shipments since orders until delivery and preparing related reports for each import transactions
- Preparing all documents and files needed for customs clearance and delivery, following up with customs clearance agent and ensuring completed transaction.
- Partnering with our accounting team to record all purchasing transactions and ensuring updating the relevant files daily
Job Requirements
- Educated to Bachelors degree level, Preferably Finance, Supply Chain or another related business area.
- 1-3 years work experience in international management Procurement / sourcing
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic spoken & written
- Knowledge of M/S office and advanced user of MS Excel in particular.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
