Job Description
- Register and handle Petty Cash expenses
- Transaction entries for the General ledger
- Reconciling cash and bank accounts
- Sales Tax preparation
- Withholding Tax preparation
- Prepare Statements Cash Forecast, Balance Sheet, P/L
- A/R management including collection
- A/P management including payments
- Prepare any other required financial statement
- Give general administrative support to the office including but not limited to phone duty, filing, correspondence, and preparation of documents.
- Any other administrative or organizational task that the management deems necessary.
