Job Description
- The daily measurement of vibration on the scheduled equipment according to the established time plans and updates to know the condition of the equipment and predict what may occur to it in terms of different behaviour
- Measuring the daily scheduled equipment temperatures and recording them in the designated place, to ensure that there are no future problems or overloading the equipment, resulting in malfunctions.
- Thermal imaging of the power and control panels daily according to the set schedule, which guarantees the reassurance of the absence of electrical smuggling, overloading, or shortcomings in the electrical components and reducing the occurrence of any ignition or fires caused by electricity
- Application of full ultrasound scanning to locations with potential hidden or invisible smuggling, ensuring reduced consumptions and stable productivity
- Submitting the initial observations to the concerned supervisor about or during the measurement in the agreed initial reports.
