Job Description
- Install, configure and monitor the daily performance of the computer systems (Windows 7/8 /10 )
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Responsible about LAN, WAN and Wireless Networks.
- Configure, install and administer all network devices. (Modem, Switches, Access Points, Printer…)
- Manage and maintain the network, as well as network performance monitoring
- Manage Kaspersky Security Center
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations using Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plus.
- Configure, Support and monitor software-based voice system (Elastix)
- Verify that an internet connection is functional throughout the entire company at all times.
- Troubleshooting any network and connectivity issues
- Ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve business and IT performance and budgetary objectives.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Active Directory environment.
- Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Information Technology from one of the leading universities.
- Certified MCSE or MCITP and CCNA (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft OS. (windows 8, 2008 , 2012R2, 2016 )
- Strong knowledge of the utility terminal Services Manager.
- knowledge System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and WSUS are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 (preferred)
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Hands on experience with firewalls FortiGate and Sophos is required.
- Hands on experience with VPN, IPsec, SSL, and site to site
- Strong experience in virtualization technologies especially Microsoft Hyper-V.
