Job Description
- Development of the organizational procurement strategy for foreign as well as local Purchases and ensuring that all policies and procedures are aligned to it.
- Creation and management of short, mid, and long term goals and objectives for the procurement departments in different projects and holds the responsibility of achieving these goals.
- Ensure a consistent handoff of planning information to the inventory control.
- Establish and monitor system parameters, including safety stock levels.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Developing a reliable network of vendors and suppliers.
- Receives and reviews all procurement requests for completeness and identification of services/commodities required and established requirements, determines priorities, develops work schedules,
- Assesses the total costs of company purchases.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience for relevant roles.
- Very good English Language Written and spoken.
- Exceptional planning, Communication, and negotiation skills.
