Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Handle FDS Vendors Emails and Cases.
- Manual update for Orders delivery/cancellations/returns as per the updates shared from each vendor.
- Assure FDS Orders fulfillment within the SLA {10 Days}
- Handle FDS Vendors Financial Cycle Risk Factor
- Handle FDS Vendors Financial Issues {Wrong Commission, Subsidy, Shipping Fees, etc…}
- Handle FDS Returns Queue through SF.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of Experience in Sales, operations and/or vendor management is required
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Data oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Process oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
