Job Description
- Attracts potential customers by answering service questions through phone calls, WhatsApp and social media channels, suggesting information about other services, correspondences and fulfill customer needs. Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Role:
- Manage incoming calls & Messages.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds.
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Actively engage and respond to followers through social media
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- English Language - Fluent.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Internet Savvy.
- Maintain accurate data entry.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge base of social media platforms.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and personal laptop.
- Ability to work 8 hours a day, for a total of 40 hours/week, Shifts are scheduled in US Eastern Time Zone.
- This position may occasionally involve in-office meetings with customers and/or attending events.
