Your responsibilities will include:

  • To provide speedy telephone response to all calls
  • Promote the best image of the Company through a professional manner
  • To answer the customer’s need in accordance with the policy wording and as defined by the Insurer, providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of the policy

Job Requirements
  • Strong personal qualities – using your empathy and your great listening skills to help people
  • Native in Arabic, with excellent command of English (read, write, speak)
  • Customer service experience and ideally within a call center
  • Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a valuable plus
  • French Language skills is an asset
  • University Degree or relevant high education
  • Completed Military Service for males
  • Have an Egyptian nationality
  • Live in greater Cairo

Work conditions:

  • 5 working days per week with 2 days off based on announced weekly work schedule
  • Rotational Shifts for males 24/7, and rotational shifts for female between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Work location: Cornish El Nil, Ramlet Boulak (Nile City Towers)

  • Fixed Gross Salary 3900 LE + up to 500 KPI's
