Job Description
- You will become part of a critical team, working on a highly complex and high-impact products area with a goal of rapid growth.
- Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Prepare and run Workshop sessions for requirements gathering.
- Prepares detailed analysis documents with defined and appropriate techniques for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Supports developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns generated anytime within the lifecycle development process.
- Communicates effectively with product owners’ insights and supports cross-functional team members and management.
- Collaborating with the technical team, business management, end-users, and other stakeholders.
- Translates complex business, functional and technical requirements into detailed work tasks and prepares project scope statements.
- Reviews the documents with the direct manager and the technical team, before finalizing and versioning it.
- Create wireframes for the project and add them to the BRD to simplify the work for the developing and testing team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- 3 - 6 Years of experience in Software Business Analysis
- Ability to elicit and document functional requirements, write specifications, use cases, and design user interface requirements for applications.
- Positive attitude even under high pressure and stressful situations
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self–motivated, capable of working independently when needed.
- Practical experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban team development.
- Experience using Jira as an Agile tool.
- Experience with continuous integration, test-driven development, and continuous delivery.
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
