Job Description
- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
- Apply ACI Requirements.
- Arrange shipping & Insurance with forwarders and insurance companies.
- Prepare with suppliers and clearance agents for smooth clearance.
- Follow up the customs clearance process.
- Review all documents (invoice , packing list , certificate of origin , bill of loading ……) with the supplier and the shipping company.
- Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Job Requirements
- +3 years of experience in Import & Export operations, international trade, or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP System.
