Job Description
• Ability to research and developing for new products
• Maintaining and controlling all critical operations during the process which includes Temperature control, pH monitoring and control, pressure monitoring, …. etc.
• Perform and/or assist with physical testing of raw materials, herbal materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Comply with cGMP regulations and follow all standard operating procedures.
• the ability to ensure safety and self-hygiene measures during R&D process.
• Support development/optimization of new and existing methods required for the new products
• Support the preparation of experimental design, analytical method development and analytical method validation protocols and reports
• Drive department goals/objectives
• Support On-going continuous improvement projects
• Other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or chemistry.
• 1-3 years experience in a chemistry laboratory; or equivalent combination of education and experience, previous experience preferred.
• Adherence to follow standard operating procedures (cGMP’s, SOP’s, and DOP’s).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; attention to detail.
• Able to organize, prioritize and perform concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office suite of programs (Excel, Office, Outlook, Power-point, etc).
• Contributes to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with co-workers and build rapport with other departments.
