Job Description
We're HIC, an innovative tech company in Maadi, Egypt, and we're on the lookout for a Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer with strong automation skills. What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools. - Performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborating with development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
- Identifying, tracking, and reporting bugs and issues.
- Mentoring junior QA engineers and leading testing strategies.
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years of proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
