Job Description
- Defines localization support process and selects tools.
- Provides solutions, on-time localization support, and guidance to Project Management, Vendors, Translators & clients and troubleshoot localization issues via telephone, email, or remote access.
- Prepares software and web applications for localization.
- Analyzes and quotes projects for existing clients.
- Provides training & instructions for translators/vendors on the different translation programs.
- Documents all technical inquiries, develops and reviews content for the knowledge base.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML & XML technology.
- One year of experience in WordPress is a must.
- Background in Microsoft Macros is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn new tools processes and concepts.
- Multi-tasking, flexible & hardworking.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
