Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and qualified Pre-Sales/Technical Sales/Design Engineer with experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) & Security Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD. You will develop and present technical solutions to clients in ELV and security systems, ensuring successful design and implementation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer needs and develop tailored ELV & security system solutions in collaboration with our engineering and sales teams.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed design drawings, schematics, and layouts for ELV and security system projects using AutoCAD.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and changing regulations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive technical proposals and documentation that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support for the sales team during client meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships through excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and vendors to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct and coordinate training sessions for clients and internal teams on ELV and security systems technologies.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Communicating Systems Engineering, or a related field or proven skill.

 

  • Minimum three years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or design engineering role you were focused on ELV and security systems.

 

  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems, such as structured cabling, IP CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, public address, and building automation systems.

 

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to create and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

 

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

 

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications or training in relevant ELV and security systems technologies.
  • Sales or business development experience within the ELV/security systems industry.
