Job Description

IT Help Desk Specialist is the one who Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

  • Administrating and troubleshooting servers.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Phone call, Email or face to face.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, hardware and software licenses.
  • Responsible for renewing all the administration subscriptions on the specified date
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
  • Manage surveillance cameras, their connecting cables
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • 2+ years proven experience as a Help desk Specialist
  • Good knowledge of MCSA, CCNA,CCNP
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Maximum age 32 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Networking, data access and security
  • Experience in configuration of hardware products
