Job Description
IT Help Desk Specialist is the one who Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Administrating and troubleshooting servers.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Phone call, Email or face to face.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, hardware and software licenses.
- Responsible for renewing all the administration subscriptions on the specified date
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
- Manage surveillance cameras, their connecting cables
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- 2+ years proven experience as a Help desk Specialist
- Good knowledge of MCSA, CCNA,CCNP
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Maximum age 32 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Networking, data access and security
- Experience in configuration of hardware products
