Job Description
- Manage improvement teams in optimizing lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive process improvement opportunities towards pre-quantified results.
- Identify and Translate critical to customer (CTC’s) to quality characteristics to process critical to quality (CTQ’s) characteristics.
- Provide conceptual and technical training and statistical expertise to educate and coach improvement teams in addition of transfer learning across the business.
- Manage the implementation of process control systems and statistical process control charts.
- Analyze, summarize and report audit results and trends to company management
- Manage, refine and adjust all quality-related audit program across the company in response to observed results, changes in CTC issues, quality-related goals and directions as necessary.
- Identifies and eliminates or mitigates major COPQ (cost of poor quality) processes.
- Continuously improves company’s organizational capabilities to achieve process quality and increases standardization of work processes.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Background is a must.
- Certified Lean SS Black belt.
- a Minimum of 3-5 years hands on leading Lean SS Projects.
