SOLUTIONS FACTORY is looking for a Telesales Representatives to launch a new massive project as the ONLY Accredited distributor in Egypt for an international Australian company
- Start Immediately
- Medical & social insurances are provided.
- 8 Working hours + 2 Days Off.
Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Creating new leads & converting them into sales.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
