Job Description

Property Consultant will be responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Targets Achievement:

  • Achieve Monthly Sales Target and exceeds them.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report .
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.

Reporting:

  • Utilize and effectively uses the company's CRM to manage your own performance as well as reporting your daily activities.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Building Relationships and Customer Satisfaction:

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Proactively search and seek prospect clients and conduct successful sales meetings.
  • Provide the most genuine customer service to all your clients making sure that you have the full product and real estate knowledge to share accurate and correct data with your clients.
