Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Ensures all material received is undamaged, the correct quantity and accompanied by correct release documentation.
- Assisting in shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in products or materials.
- Receive, unload and shelf supplies.
- Maintains the coding system of the items in the warehouse for easy identification.
- Registers all items received in the receiving reports.
- Maintaining inventory controls.
- Participate in the regular audit on warehouse.
- Makes sure that stores always organized & in good shape.
- Full responsibility of the warehouse and the stock.
- Issues periodic inventory reports.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate.
- 2 years of experience in store keeping, inventory control or record keeping.
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Good command of English language.
- Well organized with the ability to handle multi-tasks.
- Strong team spirit and team building.
- Excellent communication skills.
