Job Description

Job Background

Iqraa platform allows users from all over the world to connect with online teachers in audio/video sessions. The quality team is responsible for maintaining the agreed quality benchmarks across these online sessions minimizing the violations to an acceptable level.

Position Basic Function:

Design and carry out the session evaluation process and metrics, define the quality standards, benchmarks, and the list of violation and their criticality level, and cascade the implementation of the agreed process to the population of teachers and users.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Agree on the in-house quality procedures and specifications
  • Continuously analyze and assess customer requirements and ensure these requirements are met
  • Set service standards to the learning sessions
  • Carry out a strategy for monitoring an agreed percentage of the online sessions to continuously evaluate teachers, users and the overall learning quality
  • Liaise with the teacher training department regarding the new knowledge packs designed and agreed by the quality team
  • Investigate quality violations and take the proper action based on quality and consequence metrics
  • Prepare quality reports and customers’ charters
  • Define teacher training needs
  • Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in the overall performance and quality
  • Direct objectives to maximize profitability
  • Record, analyze, and distribute statistical reports
  • Monitor the performance of the learning process

Job Requirements

Basic Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, media or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance position.
  • Deep knowledge of the various quality measurement techniques and their implementation
  • Experience in the quality of online learning is a plus
  • Contact center quality experience is a plus
  • Analytical and reporting skills is a must

Skill Requirements

A perfect candidate for this job should have:

  • Very good command of English Language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sufficient computing Skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Email software)
  • Creativity and Innovation
  • Experience in institutions that teach Quran to non-Arabic speakers is an asset
