Job Description
- To be responsible to receive calls, inform concerned personnel immediately, and follow up on all incidents and maintaining records and reports of all calls received at Help Desk.
- To inform or re-route calls to concerned personnel immediately.
- To send reports as found necessary (like PM schedule) on a monthly or quarterly basis to customers.
- To coordinate with help desk coordinators from the customer’s side, if necessary.
Job Requirements
- B.Eng Communications & Electronics Engineering
- Skills in communicating with all levels of customers, staff and top management.
- Demonstrated ability to competently utilize Help Desk software and e-mail.
- Skills in generating management reports (Desirable).
