Main Job Duties:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Know all the information about the products and provide a full explanation about it.
- Present the company products in a manner that fulfill the client’s satisfaction.
- Promoting the company's products to customers and Achieving the assigned target
- Focus on inside/outside sales, which involve visiting customers in the field.
- Getting feedback and requested information about the market and competitors
- Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Preferred College of Agriculture or Science or Commerce graduates.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Sales representative in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in Selling Agricultural Products (Pesticides & public health).
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions.
- Has driving license.
- Very Good in English.
- Strong Selling, communication, Negotiation, Presentation, and team working skills.
- Ability to learn, Motivated, hard worker with ability to work under stress.
