Job Description
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction in terms of maximizing the profitability and liquidity
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of accounting, controlling, budgeting, investor / shareholder relations, tax, and treasury
- Implement financial best practices and continuously develop the financial SOPs
- Oversee the issuance of financial information and report the financial resulted to EXCOM and BOD
- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
- Monitor and direct the operating cash flows and ensure cash flow is appropriate for organization's operations and investing activities
- Setup and oversee the organization's IT system (SAP).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
- Masters degree or MBA
- CPA (preferred)
- Retail experience (preferred)
- Experience with ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Proven work experience in multi million turnover organization
- 20+ years of overall combined finance and accounting experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Strong financial planning, modeling and strategy setting skills
- Strong ability of problem solving, conflict management and to deal with complexity
- Promoting process improvement
- Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
