Job Description
- Planning, Implementing, testing for implementing new patches and required upgrades.
- Follow up with vendors’ websites about new technologies / updates that can be applied on our Systems.
- Provide Access Keys for SAP tables to consultant if required.
- Provide connection to SAP systems for SAP support when needed
- Follow up with vendors with any open issues.
- Arrange with Functional Teams for all new and running projects needs support from TS Area.
- Planning for testing HA internally and DR Site.
- Planning for testing recovery from backup in case it is required.
- Set a plan for Team development in both interpersonal and technical skills.
- Review area budget usage.
- Monitor Hardware resource usage.
- Monitoring Systems & DBs Performance and take the preventive and/or corrective action as required.
- Monitoring Systems Parameters and take the preventive and/or corrective action as required.
- Configuring and Maintaining SAP Transporting Management System.
- Implement Support notes when required.
- Apply new patches and Kernel upgrade.
- Perform System and DB tuning.
- Periodically (As planned) refresh QAS and Sandbox Systems to meets tests and development needs.
- Implement upgrades and new patches / releases for Systems and DBs after testing on test environment.
- Administrate & Create User Accounts logins for SAP / HCM / Teradata Systems.
- Administrate User Security access, authorization and violations.
- Performing Transportation to QAS and PRD for transport requests as required.
- Monitoring DBs Backups and confirm it is finished successfully as scheduled.
- Starting and shutting down Systems and DBs as required.
- Monitoring / Maintaining Background Jobs.

Job Requirements
- Experience: 6 - 8 years (minimum 3 - 4 years of them in SAP Basis)
- Ability to manage a team
