Job Description
- Conduct businesses valuations using different approaches and advise on issues with regards to acquisition or divestitures and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings;
- Develop moderate and complex financial models;
- Develop business plans and feasibility studies relating to transactions, decision support, business reorganizations, shareholder disputes, and litigation, and bid support;
- Develop Market and financial feasibility studies used for commercial decision making, regulatory compliance, or debt/equity related fund-raising.
- Conduct intangible assets valuation with a special focus on PPA.
- Assist with/Lead M&A deal process and conduct due diligence.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business and at least 5 years of related business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related work experience.
- Previous Business Valuation experience.
- Financial modeling skills including experience building models from scratch.
- Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
- Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm or investment banks.
- Achievement of a CFA or MBA in finance or any other relevant degree.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills with a special focus on Microsoft office.
