Job Description
- Develop technical documents for software solutions to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Develop, revise, update and organize of documentation Format, content and style guidelines for User guide, Administration guides, and white papers considering that it is well written for the target end-users.
- Works with development team, Quality Managers and Project Managers, for gathering information on new applications, modifications and ensure accuracy of all draft versions of documentation.
- Execute the tasks as per the schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English language, or related degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the above competences is a must.
- Excellent English – Arabic languages (reading, writing).
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have attention to details.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Must write complex software information for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential (or an equivalent application used in the business)
- Willing to travel if needed.
