Responsibilities :
- Protects assets by planning and completing financial audits
Financial Auditor Job Duties:
- Planning financial audits by understanding organization objectives.
- Identifying risk areas; preparing audit scope and objectives; preparing audit programs.
- Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program steps.
- Testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and related financial statements
- Examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Assesses risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance
- Evaluating manual and automated financial processes
- Identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies and operational issues.
- Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and documentation.
- Completes audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings
- Highlighting unresolved issues; reviewing working papers; preparing final audit reports.
- Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements.
- Provides financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Job Requirements
Job Specifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting and another appropriate certificate in the same field
- 5 years of experience in the same position in an industrial company
- Very high technical skills in Financial Audit, Financial Control and statement of errors.
- Ability to create managerial reports.
- Ability to develop control and audit processes.
- Very good English language (Written and Spoken).
- Ability to use different statistics software.
- Are essential. 3+ years of experience with appropriate computer applications
- Project management experience is preferred
- Experience in tax and banking transactions
