Job Description
- Define and maintain minimum requirements of freelance translators and agencies (vendors) for working with the Company
- Actively recruit and on-board new localization resources to the qualified pool.
- Set up payment terms and account details with the accounts team.
- Ensure that all projects are fully resourced with vendors best qualified for the nature of each project in a timely fashion.
- Work with the Localization and Audio project managers to ensure a balanced and best fit allocation of projects to the vendors.
- Work closely with all external resources to continually improve the quality and responsiveness of their service delivery to the Company.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Active candidates who are interested in languages and translation are preferred
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- High sense of urgency
- Experience in negotiating and persuasion
- Strong leadership skills
