Job Description
Cost & Budgeting
- Review Monthly Review of the warehousing & Distribution SG&A and settle the deviations with Finance.
- Perform periodical calculations of stock holding cost and ensure updates.
- Audit on cash balances and custody periodical for appropriate compliance.
- Participate in yearly warehousing & distribution Budgeting.
Expenditure Control
- Audit Cash Vouchers presented by the operations supervisors.
- Revise all maintenance quotations and renovations for final approval.
- Plan appropriate petty cash for the supervisors. (Permanent / temporary) according to cash flow.
- Revise all distribution cost related items like: diesel, tires repair, maintenance, tolls and tariffs, etc
Management Reporting
- Prepare, analyze and submit Monthly KPIs needed by the management.
- Report any cost deviation or over expenditure in the operational expense vouchers.
- Report periodically for all Assets / tools / tires audit.
- Report monthly for the whole distribution activities executed and its costs.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: University graduate or higher
- Special Certification or Training Required: Cost accounting certification if possible
- Required Industry Experience: Logistics Management – Distribution - Fleet Management
- Technological Requirements: MS Office – Internet
- Language Requirements: Arabic - English
