Job Description
- Following-up of the clearing of the account of the movement of the treasury branches and accounts of the customers Auto Care manually or through the SAP program.
- Supervising the periodic inventory work of the branches of the Auto Care on the stores and the treasury with the rest of the team.
- Following-up of consumer payments from Auto Care customers
- Conducting monthly Auto Care sales statistics.
- Accounting guidance for all sector expenditures.
- Training new supervisors on the implementation of the documentary course and the SAP program.
- Doing Statement of monthly expense analysis.
- Making monthly income lists for each branch (Auto Care - Auto Rental).
- Creating offers and discounts for Auto Care Manager.
- Following invoices and customer accounts for Auto Care.
- Preparing any periodic reports or statistics you request.
- Technical Supporting SAP for the Auto Care sector.
- Review all limitations of Auto Rental, and reviewing all Accounts.
- Doing Budget and compare it monthly.
- Analyzing sector expenditure to reduce cost.
- Performing any other job-related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting field.
- Very Good English.
- Very Good Communication skills.
- Organized.
- Attention in details.
- Good SAP user.
