Job Description
- Communicate and assign new leads to sales team 7 days a week.
- Ensure receiving the leads feedback within the agreed service level 24 hours maximum.
- Prepare a daily leads feedback report on a daily basis.
- Analyze the quality of leads through sales team leads feedback on daily basis.
- Update the call center with a weekly & monthly leads sheet and make sure to receive the follow-up feedback.
- Ensure receiving the DPR from sales team before 12:00 PM and prepare a combined DPR for the whole sales team before 02:00 PM on daily basis.
- Provide the sales team leaders a weekly Performance reports for their sales team members.
- Update Projects & Inventory sheets, and make sure to communicate all updates to all sales team members, and updating the company’s website and all online listing platforms with the updates.
- Ensure the accuracy and completion of all reports and communicated data, information online & offline.
- Make quality assurance surveys to ensure that all clients received a unique special service by the company’s representatives.
- Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested.
- Prepare all sales team required documents, and manage the communication with all outside strategic partners.
- Respond to all outside requests, complains related to marketing, leads, and communication with all partnered developers.
- Coordinate weekly meetings & sales orientations.
