Lead the scrum team in using agile methodology.
Help the product owner (currently product managers) and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Facilitate agile ceremonies.
Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
Tweak in well-known best practices to what fits the company best.
Coach the development teams in self-organization.
Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments.
Educate and mentor the team on Agile where needed.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
Prior 3-5 years of experience on an agile/scrum team or in project management roles.
Scrum master certification is a plus.
Excellent knowledge/experience in agile techniques with all its artifacts.
Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle.
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, mentoring and coaching skills.
Proactive in solving problems, and providing innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work with and lead a team.
Ability to analyze, think quickly and to resolve conflict.
