Job Description
- Handle queries and ensuring accurate information is given to the customer about the services and upsell value added services like SMS and courier etc.
- Accurate Data check & entry of documents and records
- Adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure Adherence to the Process in order to reduce the number of reprocesses, basis the errors highlighted by back office and mission
- Accuracy and Quality of the application
- Reprocess: No. of errors identified by the mission should be zero.
- Accuracy & quality of applications. No. of errors accurately identified and corrected. Ensure 100% accuracy.
- Passport reconciliation Report: Audit the Out Scan/ In Scan report to ensure all passports are accounted for.
- Ensure all passports are out scanned from Hub to Mission/ Hub to Spoke, and in scanned once received from the Mission.
- Ensure urgent applications are identified.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in use of computers - MS Office
- Written & Spoken Skills (English, Arabic) & typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Typing speed might vary for an Arabic speaking country.
- University graduate
- 1 year or above - experience in customer service
- Contract Period is 3 months to be renewed based on business need.
