Job Description
SAP FICO Consultant is responsible to design, model, configure, and implement SAP 4 HANA ERP software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements.
Analyze business processes & systems processes and recommend improvements that use standard software and processes. You will participate in implementations and provide first level support as required.
This position requires the ability to understand and drive regional solutions and implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standards, working closely within the SAP Governance framework.
Your Key Deliverables
- You will be responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge of target application
- Work in partnership with divisional and regional business process owners on system requirements, processes, and systems.
- Manages requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
- Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes.
- You will help to identify consolidated, worldwide target processes.
- Demonstrates analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
- Applies project methodology and governance processes to the change control, system development life cycle and regression testing.
- You will support end to end processes and has intermediate level understanding of system touch points.
- Participate in business process improvement committees as needed.
- Strong communication skills - able to interact with senior level leaders at divisional or regional level. Able to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language

Job Requirements
You Will Have
- Deep technical knowledge in SAP Controlling (CO) - Cost Centre and Profit Centre Accounting, Activity Based Accounting, Result and Profitability Accounting
- CCA, PCA, CO-PC, IO, CO-PA
- Demonstrated knowledge of integration with other SAP Modules such as MM, SD, PP.
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI modules
- Experience in SAP eDocument Framework is considered beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle implementation experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Full cycle implementation of SAP ERP projects.
- Worked on 3 to 4 end to end Implementation of SAP projects
- Should have 3 to 4 end to end Implementation of Controlling module (Product costing with Material ledger)
- Must worked on minimum one implementation of SAP S4 HANA project.
- Certified candidates will have additional preference.
- Should have strong knowledge on implementation of SAP FICO module S4 HANA Fiori apps.
- Perform Detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Should have worked and possess strong knowledge on Design, Customize, Configure and on WRICEFs
- Should have strong integration knowledge pertain to MM module with SD, QM, PP
- Conducting UAT, user training and preparing necessary documents as required.
- Prior business finance experience
