Main Job Duties:
- Developing and Implement strategy, sales plans and profit targets.
- Developing relationships with clients.
- Responsible for meeting targets and actively driving revenue growth and bringing-in new customer accounts.
- Must be able to identify all technical issues of customer and propose the right solution.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
- Representing the business at exhibitions and networking events.
- Preparing sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture or Electrical engineer field is a must.
- Experience in real estate is a must.
- Excellent English language.
- Possess strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
