Job Description
- Research online and offline to generate potential B2B customers for our products
- Contact potential or existing customers orienting them about current products and services by phone, email, etc…
- Attend to questions and inquiries about the company's products and services
- Attend to any questions to understand customer requirements and qualify the lead
- Direct qualified leads to the field sales team if required
- Update, maintain, and grow the CRM with customers' information
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep organized records of calls, and customer's inquiries
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English & Arabic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- BSc/BA in engineering or computer science
