Job Description
- Design or Specify inspection mechanisms and recommend revision of Specifications.
- Establish and implement all quality activities to be aligned with operations and specifications manuals and standards.
- Make recommendations to apply quality standards for new or existing products.
- Manage the evaluation of a finished product for quality and reliability.
- Make and realize QC efficiency goals and key performance targets.
- Assist in the development of quality control standards.
- Monitor and lead Department KPI (budget, revenue, cost, etc…).
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Coach and train Staff and handle their evaluations and retention plans.
- Oversee inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, and endurance.
- Also responsible for operating mechanical and electrical test equipment to check apparatus for conformance to standard requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline preferable production or mechanical.
- 4-7 years of experience
- Good technical background
