Job Description
- Update tariff guidelines in both CRM and ERP systems on a regular basis
- Respond to Agents’ daily sales inquiries “special requests”
- Create sales’ opportunities for Agents who don’t have access to CRM
- Responsible for service contract filing for all accounts
- Follow up Agents’ sales forecast to ensure best utilization of equipment and allocation
- Conduct market studies and identify market trends on regular basis
- Evaluate product cost and contribution margin
- Develop periodical reports and analysis to line management
- Prepare the provision of pricing for tender responses
- Manage different pricing models for Freight Forwarders (FAK, NAC, Bundles)
- Liaise with Network Planning team for obtaining third party feeder/MLO rates
- Prepare & submit of customer profitability reporting
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree preferably in Economics, statistics, or Data Analytics
- Years of experience: 1-3 Years of recent experience in a relevant this field
- Computer skills: Excellent -MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects)
- Language skills: Excellent command of English
