Job Description
- Prepare all banks forms required like Letter of credit
- Payable in advance application once purchasing order received
- Ensure submitting authorized signatures before shipping
- Handle any issues occur between the foreign supplier or the purchasing depart-with banks whether inside or outside Egypt
- Follow up on all unsuspected and rejected items of inventory and resend it to vendors, and in case of exported to be replaced, otherwise to be refunded
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent English Commands (Spoken & written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
