Job brief
- We are looking for an enthusiastic English /Spanish Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.
- An effective telesales representative must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Measure identified KPIs
- Track and document calls and sales
- Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
- Creating and updating activity report
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent knowledge of English/Spanish
- Resident in Hurghada or willing to relocate (No accommodation is offered).
- Shifts might be overnight shifts
