Bilingual English/Spanish Telesales Representative

Job brief

• We are looking for an enthusiastic English /Spanish Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.
• An effective telesales representative must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
• Learn details about our product and service offerings
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
• Measure identified KPIs
• Track and document calls and sales
• Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
• Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
• Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
• Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
• Creating and updating activity report
