Job Description
- Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with brand slandered, policies and requests.
- Understand the process cycle and handle different situations and various tempers professionally.
- Check the devices and compare it with the received receipt from the customer care.
- Check and test the repaired devices from the services laboratory.
- Prepare and share daily and monthly reports related to services KPIs and product issues.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree with any relevant discipline.
- Language: Good command of Arabic and English (written, orally).
- Experience: 1+ year of customer care/customer service experience.
- Personality: High follow up and organizational skills with the Ability to work under pressure.
