Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and direct staff members for operations and maintenance works
- Provide technical advice regarding design, operation modifications if required
- Plane and prepare the PM and CM schedules and technical reports
- Do inspections and offer quotations for the required Mechanical works and task orders
- Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock
- Manage and supervise contractors’ activities & contractors
- Develop financial budget and follow up monthly expenses
- Monitor work quality and advise for improving performance
- Develop the on-job training plan for the technical team
Work Standard
- All damages to be reported immediately
- Follow up and complete orders on system
- Assure the performance quality and method
- Develop and test the maintenance techniques
- Do regular risk assessment
- Assign the technical team’s tasks and schedule
- Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations
- Control the cost of spare parts and consumables
- Improve the project’s profit
- No budget deficiencies
- Negotiate with clients “if needed”
Job Requirements
- Education Major: Mechanical Engineering
- Should have worked in mechanical systems maintenance (specially HVAC systems, AC, Chillers, etc…).
- Experience 5-8 years in the field of maintenance
- Preferred to be Facilities Management background
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Well knowledge with the Mechanical & HVAC systems operations & Maintenance
