Job Description
- Manage accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Manage cash and bank transactions to cover payments to suppliers
- Process bills and receipts and keep organized records
- Work with external auditors to complete year closing
- Manage inventory system as required
- Manage tax applications and payments
- Own and manage payroll payments and employee salaries
Job Requirements
- Accounting experience between 2-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or any related field
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
