Job Description
Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs
- Acts as the advisor by providing well informed and appropriate advice to clients about where and when to travel based on their traveling needs.
- Offers face to face, Email, and telephone advice to customers.
- Keeps product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of all destinations.
- Follows up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
- Handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Responsible for flight, travel ancillaries and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinating with Travel Supervisor and other team members to efficiently handle complaints and refunds.
- Ensure all data on the system and all related documentation are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate efficiently with the direct manager.
- Provide thorough reporting to the Management.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree (preferably Hotels and Tourism)
- Postgraduate certificates and/or diplomas will be an asset
Training Courses
- Sales Techniques (Preferred)
- Customer Service
- Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills
Minimum Years of Experience
- 0-2 years in the same field (Fresh Graduate is preferred)
