Job Description
- The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing all the daily operations in the pastry kitchen, planning production, and developing seasonal offerings and new products.
- He/she will be in charge of creating both high quality classic and healthy desserts with standard recipes and presentation in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.
- The chef will also be responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry section and the inventory of ingredients.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, and decorating techniques
- Possess a positive attitude and professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills
